Sampled at Heritage Festival. Clear and golden, pretty much like a Pils. This was quite bitter with grainy flavors and some funk. Not really a lot going on here.

On tap at the Heritage Brew Festival. Pours a pale gold with a minimal, but lingering white head. A true pils taste with mild pale malt and soft floral hops. This is a good one!

tap at brewpub in Augusta, MO. pours pale yellow with a nice fizzy white head. aroma has notes of diacytl, grainy, leafy, hoppy (spicy). flavors are sweet grainy and with some hop bite in their as well. very bitter, but not really overly for this style. long bitter/hoppy finish that becomes grassy over time.

Thanks to JPDipso for sharing this. Pours a golden color, small white head. ARoma of malt straw/barnyard hay. Flavor is sweet and malty, balanced with a slight hop kick.

Sampled on 8/14/05 courtesy of JPDIPSO: Pours a still, clear golden with a thin, wispy white head. Aroma has lots of saaz hops and a good, dry malty presence. Body is lightly soapy, very dry and bittersweet with a semi-earthy dry finish. Very smooth and maybe even over-hopped for the style, but still decent.

Wheaty bock aroma. Pale amber body, thin head. Stale, astringently hopped wheat. "Astringency" is not overpowering though. Some banana and pear in there to make it interesting. Light, but not bad.

Thanks for sharing, JPDIPSO. A medium gold colored body. Nice bready aroma with some light carrots. The taste is sweet and spicy at the same time. There is also a hint of walnuts.

almost a dark pee yellow no real head. smells sweet of grainand hints of alcohol and yeast. Good mouth feel and carbonation. Flavor was a nice carmel malt and a bright bitter swallow w/ some grainines. Decent beer. Thanks to John for sharing.
