As far as IPA’s go, it is not great, but a pretty good brew if your expectations aren’t too high! Fruity, with light citrus hops. Average....but good when fresh.

Fruity hop aroma. Golden coloured smooth on the palate floral and hoppy with a little dryness in a bitter lasting malt finish. esjaygee (1578), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA

Cloudy amber with a creamy tan head that laces a bit as it slowly disintegrates. Aroma of citrus, caramel, grapefruit and pine. Medium palate beer tastes of caramel, grapefruit , floral and citrus hops. Mild bitter floral hop finish. The best of the beers I sampled at the brew pub. sneagrams3 (1759), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Earthy malt with light fruit and dark caramel. A more traditional IPA that seems to grow on me the deeper into the pint I get. clingman71 (256), Centerville, Ohio, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 11, 2004 Sparkling clear, orange ale with a small, creamy, white head. Great retention. Weepy lacework. The nose is malty as hell... caramel, sweat and still steaming, boiled-out barley malt. The flavor is malty and rich with plenty of bitter grapefruit rind . Medium-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Medium-length, grassy, dry finish. An IPA for maltheads! Braudog (3770), Dayton, Ohio, USA
