Bottle @ Café Gollem. Golden colour, big white head. Aroma of sour apples, malts, yeast. Flavour is fruity, malty and some yeast, lots of carbonation. Not too good.

330 ml bottle. Pale golden colour, a good white head, always keeps a lace on the surface. Champagne like aroma, with spices and lemony hints, some apple too. In mouth is sparkling, remember me of champagne but also of sherry wine, apples, lemon and spices. Dry after taste. I wouldn’t matter to try another one any other day.

Bottle, 9% at ÅBF08. Clear golden colour. Small white head. Sweet, grainy flavour. The alcohol is not that distinct.
