| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 21, 2006 Pours a clear golden color with a thick white head. Ordinary aroma and flavor of coriander, citrus and yeast, feels a lot like a boring tripel. The palate is light and creamy and the carbonation is lively. It’s not very entertaining. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 9/20 | Jan 22, 2006 Bottle Light golden amber, fine pearling carbonation, big fluffy lacing head.
Tropical fruit and mineralic yeast aroma.
Harsh phenolic entry, fermented fruit, chocolaty notes , earthy mineralic, spicy. Strikes me as unharmonic.
Velvety mouthfeel, light pearling.
Old fruit aftertaste.
Now this was disappointing.
