Bottle (33 cl) at Tre små rum, Göteborg, Sweden. Hazy deep golden with a medium white head. Fruity and estery with yeast and dusty hops. Medium bodied with prickling carbonation. Nice dry finish.

Bottle 33 c. Pale golden with a huge white head. Aroma is sweet with hints of ripe fruits, yeast and alcohol. Aftertaste is sweet too. A good beer, but nothing really exceptional

Bottle. Huge fizzy white head that mostly lasted. Nice thick lacework. Cloudy golden / amber color with a sparkling appearance. Aroma was very fruity and yeast with other notes being caramel, grain, spice, hint of coriander and citrus. Light wood and hoppy notes as well. Over the palate evidence of alcohol was present. Medium to full bodied with an average carbonation and a light dry and alcoholic texture. Balanced moderated sweet and bitter flavor. Moderated fruity and spicy light bitter finish.

Straw-colored and heady. Delightfully aromatic but perfume and alcohol are present. Nice but not exceptional, and can be a let-down if you are expecting something more.

On tap, from old notes. Bright golden yellow with dense white foam, candy like sweetness with undertones of alcohol, spice and bitterness.

Huge white head and little grey-brown beer. There are lots of flowers in the aroma (almost parfym?). Flavour is sour and quite sweet. There is no alcohol in the taste. Carbonation is too much and so palate isn’t pleasant. Little disappoitment.

On tap at the Sharp Edge Creek House. Mild sweet candy aroma. Ubiquitous pale yellow american lager color and appearance with just an ever so slight haze. Initial taste hit is rather alky. Difficult to enjoy when compared to the regular Ausustijn. Bitter malty alky bite carries thru the session but it is never ’in yer face’. Some mild carbonation. Controlled, above average slight medicinal lingering alky malt finish.

Bottle. Huge fluffy, staying and thick head. Mild citric nose. Very citric and sour flavor with some yeastiness and hops. Some acidity. Very fizzy champagne like mouthfeel.
