Bottle. Pours gold with a fizzy white head. Sweet malt aroma with bread and trace hops. Medium body. Buttery and bready malt flavor with noticeable grassy hops. Very drinkable.

Oct 11, 2008 Not flawed but not exciting. Great clear light gold with a good white head; as I would expect from a lager, to thin to leave any lacing. Flavor of sweet malts, classic floral hops, even a refreshing surprise ... some bitterness in the finish. Hard to complain, since it is, after all, what it is supposed to be ... a pale lager.

Oct 3, 2008 It’s golden with a huge, white head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt and fresh grain. The flavour has a fine, slightly dry bitterness, notes of straw, grain and light caramel. It’s pleasantly smooth and yet refreshing.

Sep 27, 2008 12 oz bottle-pours a decent foamy white head and yellow color. Aroma is grass/grain, lime/lemon-citrus and spice hops. Taste is grass/grain, then over taken by the floral/spice/earthy hops (hallertau, Tettnang). Dry finish. Good carbonation. Thanks to jwc215 for picking this out.

Sep 26, 2008 Tallahassee, Fl. - Liquor Loft - 12 oz bottle. Light to medium gold pour with a thin, soft white head and nice bubble action. Grainy aroma some hard water accents. Biscuity, malt-accented flavor with some yeasty notes. Some salt and mineral water in the finish. Crisp, dry mouthfeel. Good basic Dortmunder.
