Magic_dave6 (4012), London, Greater London, England Sep 8, 2008 Bottle from kris wines. Aroma is herbal grassy hop, somewhat green infact, malt is pale but slightly sweet. Taste is similar, but the finish is peppery and quite long lasting. Decent german lager. sir_Pino (588), Zawiercie / Żywiec, Poland Aug 19, 2008 No 294

Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours sunny yellow, perfectly clear body texture, very bright in body colour as for Helles, carbonation of the body is very lively, head is initially medium, decreasing to small, foamy to frothy in texture, milky white in colour. Very intensive carbonation but gentle lacing.
Aroma: Nice gentle aroma of classical for its style Helles. Gentle and sweet noble malty accent with floral - flowery sweetish hops. A representative aroma of a good quality bright lager not being a Pilsener. Great but simple, simple but great.
Flavour: Front is wattery, very soft, sweetish, gentle, gently bready, texture even though the carbonation is visually intensive is very smooth, almost silky like, no shade of bitterness and flowery - hoppy, gentle nose, some gentle notes of yeastyness, all accents of flavour being gentle and perfectly balanced. Finish duration is shaort, gentle notes of honey, slighty salty and balanced with slight sweetness.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery, carbonation on palate is soft despite being lively, finish feel is pure, clean, soft.
omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Aug 10, 2008 Bottled. Clear golden, smal head. Milky malt aroma. Sweet with husky alt. Mild and drinkable with low hop rate. The malt character is pleasant but there are vague notes of vegetables. Low bitterness. DSG (867), Yuvalim, Israel Aug 8, 2008 (6/17/08) Draught at Schwarzwaldstuben in Berlin. Clear golden with a stable medium white head. Aroma is rather malty, a bit bready, a bit grainy, with some hoppy hints. Sweetish malty flavor, finishes with a mildly bitter hoppiness with grass notes. Medium-bodied. Nothing special but still very fresh and enjoyable. harrisoni (5331), Ashford, Kent, England Aug 8, 2008 Bottle at GBBF 08. Clear gold, lasting white head. Cold, clean, crisp and a wonderful palate cleanser with a good solid lemon finish.
