Oct 10, 2009 Bottle. It’s maybe a bit too effervescent in the mouth, full-bodied and dry, with flavors of banana, wheat, cloves and bitterness. Slightly doughy, bubblegum-like touch as well. It pours a cloudy dark orange-golden body under a small, off-white head. Banana, cloves and citrusy hops in the finish, low on bitterness. The aroma has bubblegum, banana and citrus, with a little bit of cloves and dough. Full-bodied and effervescent. A nice weissbier, maybe a bit too effervescent and boring on aroma, but I like it very much. 091010

Clear reddish golden colour with white medium-size head. Caramel sweetness and wheat and banana in aroma. Yeast, spices and metal in flavour. Crisp and harsh.

Sep 16, 2009 Bottle from the Bottle Stop, Bramhall. Orange gold with large white head. Vanilla and banana aroma. Flavour similar with some yeast, wheat, bit of spice and a bit of metal. Didn’t really excite me in anyway.

Aug 26, 2009 It is unclear, warm golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has equal parts of banana, clove and wheat, pretty nicely balanced. The same goes for the sweet flavour. It is nice, but I would have liked even more power in the flavour.

Aug 25, 2009 Bottle 50 cl. Cloudy golden with a dense off-white head leaving laces. Intensely fresh aroma of banana and yeast. Medium body, sweetish banana, yeast and phenols. Finishes dry. A very decent Hefe. 290409

Aug 20, 2009 Pours really clear for a weissen but there is still some haziness. Good head. Average lacing. Smell is normal with a good wheat, banana, clove, and lemon/orange mixture. Taste is the same as the smell. Nothing suprising but I really enjoyed the creamy buttery mouthfeel and how clean it was. Medium hop bite. Pretty good brew.
