Hazy red/orange colour, huge white head. Hoppy berry/fruitish aroma. Crowberryish/cranberryish flavour with some hoppyness. Dry finish and pleasant palate. TBone (5115), Pori, Finland Apr 20, 2005 Bottled (BB 02/2007)
Dark hazy orange, lots of floating yeast. Tight off-white head. Lively carbonation. Aroma is an imitation of Orval, but not so citrusy: leather, horse blanket, sweet fruits. Flavor is fruity, palate feels quite flat though lots of carbonation is involded. Aroma is different than in Authentique Blond but flavor is quite close. Some witbier character also here. Next summer I must visit sayravai to drink his home-made Belgian ale :)
