Commercial Description:
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.
OG: 1.048
IBU's: 37

poured from 12 0z. bottle into pint glass, aroma hits of strong hops, appearance is copper. The flavor caught me off guard and this is my third time trying this beer, first time rating, it has a real strong hop flavor more so than i remember and being and ESB it tasted a lot more like an IPA. Overall a tasty beer and now available at local publix grocery stores so that is a plus!!

Pour was medium golden with tinted white head. Aroma was of medium hop bitterness with a hint of butter. Real smooth and creamy body tasted of mild bitterness with light butter/toffee finish. Good and refreshing. Easy drinking beer. May buy again.

Wheat, lemon, and rose hip aroma. Hazy golden color, with a thick cream colored head. Whole lemon flavor with hints of oat and grass in the end. Citrus notes untypical of an ESB, but good.
