Commercial Description:
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

Bottle: Poured a clear deep copper color ale with a medium foamy head with average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of English bitter dry hops is dominating. Taste is a mix between some light caramel malt with some English dry hops. Medium body with some average carbonation. A bit over the op for the style but still enjoyable and easily drinkable.

Bottle. Orange pour with tons of little floaties and a HUGE fluffy off-white head that leaves chunks of lace. Aroma of mandarin oranges, orange peels, grapefruits, flowers and hints of pumpkin spices. Taste is very subdued and definitely not anywhere near as bitter as I would’ve expected. Pretty well-balanced actually. Plenty of sweet malts with a tangy, bitter hoppy finish. I picked this up as an afterthought but this is damn good and vastly underrated.

bottle poured an amber in color with a nice thick light tan frothy head and steady carbination. aromas of malt, fruited bitter hops, and minerals. mouth feel is medium light but has some chewiness. flavor is malted, mildly bitter, some sharp hops, minerals, and back round sweetness. certainly an easy beer to drink. lemon peels and fruit come forward as it warms adding to the sharp hops. bitterness level is just right for this brew.

Light copper brown with a small fluffy white head. Citrus and malty aroma. Sweet honey like malty taste with a mild smooth bitterness to the finish.

Pours a dark golden color with a lot of particulate. Aroma is citrus, some spice, and malts. Taste is caramel, a hint of ginger, woody, a bit of citrus and malts. Different.......not sure if in a good way or bad way.

Smells a little like mild slag. Rather bitter initially, but not over the top. A little rubbery at times. Weirdly savory! Looks like darker ginger ale. Rubber palate carries over to the finish.

Citrus and spicy nose. Honey orange color. mild resiny bitterness. Decent malt balance, could be a little sweeter. Good body, pillowy head. A solid ESB

Pours a slightly fogged amber with a brownish tint to it. Nice crème head. Nose is a bit woody and leafy with that typical sweet tone to it. Flavor is pretty deep in wood and leaf as well, but it seems a bit harsh. Kind of like the edges are not rounded off enough. Feel is thick on the body and with a pretty full carbonation. Overall this is an okay ESB. I have tried a lot recently, and this one doesn’t really stand out to me.
