Commercial Description:
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

Pours a slightly fogged amber with a brownish tint to it. Nice crème head. Nose is a bit woody and leafy with that typical sweet tone to it. Flavor is pretty deep in wood and leaf as well, but it seems a bit harsh. Kind of like the edges are not rounded off enough. Feel is thick on the body and with a pretty full carbonation. Overall this is an okay ESB. I have tried a lot recently, and this one doesn’t really stand out to me.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a fleeting off white head. The aroma is fairly hoppy with citrus being in the forefront. The nose is lacking in malt character. The flavor is dry with hoppy bitterness being more present than the light sweet caramel malts. This definetly has the bitter part down, I would like to see maybe a little more balance.

This is a decent session beer. Turns out to be pretty malty, slightly chewy, but very smooth, with a bit of citrus bitterness in the finish.

Pours out cloudy amber with a thick white head. Nice malt and hop aroma. The malt is much like english malt, not as sweet. Hops are delicate, sitting in the background. Taste is smooth and malty, but with a west coast hop taste that makes it very pleasant. Finishes with a little hop bitterness. Very nice.

Pours hazy and amber with a creamy, beige head. Nose of malt, hops and lemon. Hoppy flavour with notes of caramel and malt. Pleasant bitter finish. Medium bodied. A pleasant brew.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with a beige. Sweet and hoppy nose with notes of caramel and blackberry. Medium body. Flavor is the same as the aroma. This beer did very little to impress me. It wasn’t bad though.

Bottle. Light amber body, white head with lacing, very sweet caramel malty nose. Flavor not as sweet, with light herbal hoppy notes and slightly harsh finishing bitterness.
