Commercial Description:
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.
OG: 1.048
IBU's: 37

Pours very nicely, clear amber color, medium cream white head. Definite floral aroma, sweet and inviting. Very drinkable, the bitterest taste I’ve ever enjoyed.

Transparent copper/amber appearance with light head. Creamy caramel aroma, slightly metallic. A rich aroma that I can’t describe well, perhaps it’s a ’delicate’ hop aroma. Smells like mustard pretzels too. Flavor is dominated by a nice clean bitterness. A smooth medium body with a tingling carbonation, maybe too much for an ESB.

Habersham Beverage Warehouse, Savannah, Ga. - 12 oz bottle. Medium copper pour, creamy, pillowy, yet thin white head. Slightly fruity aroma, some spruce notes. Good subtle bitterness with some citrus accents. Hard to pin down flavor, but it is pleasant, yet bold and perfect for session drinking. Mouthfeel is thick enough. Good bitter.

Pours a pale golden color. Aroma of a sweet caramelly wheat. Has a initial mild bitter taste that fades into a solid sweetness at the end.

Bottle. Pours a deep golden with a minimal off-white head. Aroma of herbal hops, sweet malts, and citrus. Flavor is sweet, slightly carbonated, citrusy, with a hoppy slightly bitter finish. Good body, good brew.

Nice beer, but not the best ESB I have tasted. Colour amber with long lasting head. Aroma of hops, grass citrus. Flavour bitter and hoppy.
