Mar 22, 2006 Shiny pale honey color with a small cap of fine, just off-white foam. Floral, candy hops, a nice warm cornbread aroma. Substantial but soft initial bitterness, blending well with the malt flavors. Transitions from the slightly resiny hop flavor to a light toastiness, with the hops reappearing in the lingering finish. A gentle carbonation and soft mouthfeel. Nicely within style, and a pleasant, flavorfull beer overall.

Mar 12, 2006 Draught at O’Briens: Amber color, nose of wet aquarium rocks, a bit of caramel and hops. The flavor is chewy with caramel and a metallic note in the finish. Balanced though. Easy drinking ESB.

Feb 20, 2006 Bottle. Pours with a nice copper color and a smallish head. Aroma of hops and citrus. The beer is on the hoppy side and has a nice bitter and hoppy finish. It is fairly refreshing with just the right carbonation on the palate. I liked it.
