Commercial Description:
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.
OG: 1.048
IBU's: 37

Duane shared a bottle of this with me. Poured a clear amber orange with a small white head, left some lacing. Strong hoppy aroma and hoppy flavor. Some malt to balance it out. All around good beer, easy to drink.

Enormous head on this one. Really big for an ESB. Slightly hazy and golden in color. Light floral hop aroma but a bit eggy also. Watery body and a metallic nonsense I can’t get past. Not great compared to some other great beer they brew.

Malty, sweet and fruity with a hint of pine though not very strong at all. Light amber with a thin white head. Sweet, metallic flavor with a touch of pine bitterness. Lighter body with a sharp finish that has too much of that mineral flavor.

Pours hazy golden with light lacing and lots of head. Smells of evergreen and fruits. The taste is overly simple but goes down smoothly. Not very memorable.

Poured amber golden color with a full, rocky head. Some hoppy bitterness to a beer I would be happy to drink anyday.

Bottled. Clear amber appearance. White head. Quite metallic and watery. Finish is bitter, but not very delicious. Quite boring and thin.
