Commercial Description:
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.
OG: 1.048
IBU's: 37

Nice gold color. Smells of malts with very faint hops. This one is a little bitter, but nothing special. Leaves a little bit of an aftertaste in the end, but nothing special.

Thanks to KnN for sharing! Poured a light amber with a big white head. This thing is super carbonated. Not picking up much in the nose. Light in body with lots of carbonation. Flavor is very hoppy for a ESB, and has a dry-bitter finish. Tastes closer to a pale ale than ESB. Meh.

Pours a light amber color with a HUGE frothy white head. This beer was super carbonated. Aroma was slightly meaty with some hops and carmel/toffee undertones. Carmel covered ham or something. Really weird. Flavor was a bit less funky, with some good hops characteristics on the front end, a good malt middle, and then a wicked bitter finish. Kind of all over the place.

Bottle... Poured orange with a white head. Earthy, herbal aroma of floral hops and malted grains. Foamy palate with a medium carbonation and flavors of crisp grains that had a nice bread-like tone which was accented by the hop balance. Light fruit and a crisp yeast presence towards the finish. Quite good on this hot day.

Very herbal aroma..not much in the way of malt. Flavor is herbal with a small malt finish. Moderate bitterness, but not lingering. An average ESB.

Slight hazy orange yellow with a thin white head. Some floral hop aroma. Butterscotch taste and texture. One of my favorite ESB’s.

33 cl bottle, Fargo, ND, USA. Slightly hazy light amber colour, clingy head. Medium hop aroma, fairly carbonated, spicy lingering finish. Quite nice but flavor might be more evident with somewhat less carbonation.
