Barnyard aromas lingering over light graininess. No hops, slight peppery phenols, lots of fruity esters (pears, apples). .
Med Yellow, Cloudy, white head with good retention . .
Tart flavor with citrus zing and lots of brett barnyard character. Little/no hop flabor, moderate bitterness. .
Light body, high carbonation, slightly prickly. .

This Belgian Strong Ale pours a medium orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, with a touch of tartness and funk. A medium to full bodied BSA. The malts are fruity and funky, and somewhat tart. The hops are floral. Nice carbonation. Nice beer. The funk and tartness sort of hide behind the fruit sweetness. Smooth taste. Mouthfeel is full. Poured a medium and slightly hazy golden color with a large sized off white head. Aromas of some brett, wood, and a little fruity. Tastes of some brett, citrus, lemons, wood, and fruity.
