Bottled. A dark red beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits and malt as well as some notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, alcohol, lemon, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours a clear dark brown with a reddish hue and a small off-white head. Extremely enticing aroma of Brett and lacto. Medium body, dry roasted maltiness with an edge of tart overripe fruit with a distinct dry Brettiness in the finish. Very interesting. 231109

Bottle from Paiste2002, thanks! Deep dark brown color, steady head. Oak, apple vinegar, grapes and mustard in the aroma. Vinous flavor with roast, just a hint of chocolate, oak, subdued sourness and a caremelly bitterness. Complex beer, like imperial stout meets Rodenbach grand cru. I really liked it.
