Draught at Avery. Pours brown with a large, creamy light brown head, mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, cookie, caramel, nutty), average hop (herbs, grass), heavy yeast (horse blanket, barnyard, earth) with notes of plum, pear, and wine. Medium bodied, creamy texture, average carbonation, and a sour finish. Long duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and sourness.

Hazy brown pour with an off-white head, good retention, excellent lacing. Roasted sweetness, sour apple and brett barnyard funk aromas. Sour fruit at the beginning leading to a slight coffee bitterness and finishes sour. Medium body, medium low carbonation, low alcohol warmth.

On tap at SAvery poured a cloudy brown with a small lingering tan head. Aromas of chocolate, barnyard, light leather and spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry tart finish. Flavors of leather, chocolate, barnyard and light carmel with a smooth dry lightly tart finish.
