Good well coated palate. Flavor is a west coast IPA hints of tangerine w/ the grapefruit and grass a tiny bit of sourness comes through in the aftertaste. Aroma of graepfruit and grass w/ hints of an earthy dirt & horseblanket. Good but odd, not heavily funked.

Aroma was of light brett, bread, malts, and some floral notes. Taste more of the brett funk but a good mix of floral and pine hops. A light caramel sweetness helped round it off. Pours clear dark yellow with an average frothy white head, somewhat lasting with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, grain, straw, cereal), heavy hop (flowers, grass, pine, grapefruit), heavy yeast (horse blanket, barnyard, cheese, earth) with notes of pepper, ginger, and coriander. Head is mostly lasting.
Body is dark yellow.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain, cookie), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers), moderately yeasty (barnyard, horseblanket), with notes of gum, band-aid, and manure.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.

Hops and a funky faintly citrus barnyard with a sour hint on the aroma. Exceptionally bitter body with the funky brett finish from the 15. This was a great way to start of the festivities at Avery (and for GABF for that matter!).
