Commercial Description:
We're hopheads. We LOVE hops. Just can't seem to get enough of them. To satisfy our lupulin desires and to commemorate our anniversary, we've created ELEVEN. Describing this double IPA as "aggressively hopped" is an understatement. Words cannot describe what your olfactory senses are about to enjoy. Yes, it's hoppy. Shockingly hoppy. 90 IBUs.

Pours a lite orange (even Saffron) color. Nice white-lite-head that fades to a lite bubbly cover. Aroma is immediately malty and citrus in aroma (orange) though the hops (in particular) are fleeting in their ability to stay descriptive. Heavy body that is nicely balanced. Finishes with lite pine hops and lingering malts. Really well balance overall and not the hop monster that it might claim to be.

Deep golden orange with a moderate off white head. Madrain orange and peach syrup nose with Piney floral hops dancing abouve it all. Med weight on the palate withan initial sweetness that is somewhat swept aside as the bittering hops round out the finish. Rich hop flavors with a roasted malt back bone that helps to suppor the massive amounts of fruit and pine. Tasty stuff well balanced and dangerous as the alcohol feels it doesn’t have to make a scene but rather mingle with the crowd. Great beer!

Poured clear amber with a large white head. Aroma is big on the citurs fruits as well as sweet caramel and light alcohol. Flavor was malty..brown sugar and caramel and hints of floral hop flavors. Long bitter hop finish. Semi-dry and medium bodied.

Fiery orange with a creamy head that leaves streaks of lace. Nos is, as expected, quite hoppy--very floral--punctuated by a whiff off fresh baked bread and toffee. Assertive but rather gentle bitterness brings out a note of pine and a slight tartness brings out a citrus character. Full bodied with just enough carbonation to keep things interesting. Comes across rather dry despite the full mouthfeel but that may just be the hops playing tricks on me. Very easy drinking. This stuff could be dangerous.

Hazy caramel color with a rocky white stable head. Super resinous, sweet and hoppy in aroma. Very citrusy with some herbal notes too. Big in body with a lip smacking bitterness. Somewhat sweet in finish. Large crystal malt presence. Good malt backbone supporting a massive hop flavor. Alcohol is well balanced.

Orange in color. Nice hop aroma. Good hop bitterness but not over the top. Caramel flavor as well. Pretty good I-squared PA.

Huge Thanks to MRomero548 for sending me this brew that never made FL distribution.
Rating #660

Pours a radiant bronze body and an everlasting full and creamy head. The aroma and flavor consist of a mass of pinesap; sugar sprinkled grapefruit, and Halloween caramels.. but with a hint of tangerine . It’s hand picked fresh hop cones and caramel…. Really Nice! The body is thick and robust…with a fat piney finish! Some good ShiZat!

Pours hazy orange with medium off-white head. Strong pine hop aroma. Hop flavor is everywhere. Overwhelming but in a good way. Very good lacing. Alcohol is hidden very well. Well done beer.
