Commercial Description:
We're hopheads. We LOVE hops. Just can't seem to get enough of them. To satisfy our lupulin desires and to commemorate our anniversary, we've created ELEVEN. Describing this double IPA as "aggressively hopped" is an understatement. Words cannot describe what your olfactory senses are about to enjoy. Yes, it's hoppy. Shockingly hoppy. 90 IBUs.

Bockyhorsey brings in a winner!
Bottle poured a cloudy orange with a huge, thick and creamy head that looked like off white whipped cream in the glass! and lasted for the entire beer. Crisp hops and citrus aroma that could be detected across the table. Flavor is citrus and hops with a nice dry finish. 9% alcohol content is very well hidden . AWESOME!

In the glass, Avery 11 is a chilled, hazy peachy sort, no, more of a nutty apricot, how’s that? And it’s bedecked on top with a sturdy 1/2" scrumptious bubbles. Nice looking ale, very inviting. Great big fruity bitterness greets the nose. Citrus zest, with tropical tones, as well, pineapple, mango, guava, a very comforting and lively hop aroma, all at once...another reason to urge my lips to meet the glass. Juicy fruit and bitterness are king once the drink joins the palate, buy it’s not too much, at least not to this hophead. Bitter grapefruit mixes with sweet mangos....full bodied, full flavored, but extraordinarily drinkable. Yow! This is my kind of IPA, wonderful flavors, not too bitter, just enough...the bitterness lingers in the mouth just long enough before fading a touch. I like it, I like it a lot!

750 bottle-pours a tan rich head. Color is amber. Aroma is hops, hops. Taste is sweet, sugary, and hops. I am rating to my taste, this one has too much going on, but they are about BIG BEERS.

Very hoppy, but this is not a simple flavor profile. The sip starts with an aggressive punch of grapefruit which quickly melts to pine. The middle turns spicy and sweet, almost like a mild wheat. The finish is dry and floral, with notes of syrup, orange, and grapes. Smooth going down, although it is very bitter.

Hazy amber colored, creamy off-white head. Aroma is bitter, not overly bitter but nicely balanced. Hoppy and creamy with some light spices also. Flavor is sharp and bitter hoppy with a dry end, but also some sweet fruity and orangy notes. Actually quite easy, but really tasty. Me like!

Bottle. Pours hazy orangey yellow. Huge aroma of candied citrus hops. Huge flavors of citrusy, grapefruity (rindy), a bit woody hops and tons of sweet caramel malts. Very well balanced. Some honey flavors too. Very well done.
