| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 15, 2009 12 oz bottle courtesy of the Binnys singles rack (orland park, Il). Pours a nice dark brown, only light haze largely transparent with decent brownish head that is sticking around and lacing. Aromas are a good touch of brown sugar and chocolate with slight tobacco and nuttiness. Initial is lighter medium bodied, moving to a nice creamy sweetness, with chocolate, nuttiness, light brown sugar, and nice bitterness that balances. Nothing special, sessionable, a little thin, a little lifeless. Decent, but with fresh Pullman available all the time, what would the point be? jujubeast6000 (795), Houston, Texas, USA

Woody hop bitterness. Perfect balance, it’s like a loaf of bread.
