Commercial Description:
15 years of brewing! You know what’s been the best part lately? Tons of experimentation! For the last couple of years, we’ve been working with several strains of brettanomyces (wild yeast). We found one and deemed it the best for it’s tart flavor and funky, fruity aroma. Adding black mission figs for a subtle jammy aspect, hibiscus flowers for an herbal bouquet and hazy sunset hue, and white pepper for a bit of spicy twang, we’ve created FIFTEEN - a unique drinking experience inspired by the wild farmhouse ales of Belgium. Though immensely complex today, more flavor will emerge with time, so throw a few bottles in your cellar for future celebrations. Thanks to all of you who have made our 15-year ride possible! Peace to all and follow your dreams! Brewed with Rocky Mountain water, malted barley, malted wheat, hops, black mission figs, hibiscus flowers, white pepper, and a very unique strain of brettanomyces yeast.

Pours a cloudy peach-orange with a large, rising white head. Aroma is spicy with light fruits, floral aroma, yeast, tart. Flavor is a little fruity at first, then comes actually a black olive flavor until the dry end. The pepper is very noticeable too. Pleasant flavor. Mouthfeel is creamy, a bit thin on the viscosity. Overall, very good.

This is just weird. It’s okay, but it’s sweet, spicy, figgy and other strange smells I’m not familiar with. But it’s not very beery.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent typically carbonated light yellow-orange colored body. The aroma was spicy and herb. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of spices and herbal. Not one that I would buy again as I didn’t care for the spicy flavor.

Sharp spicy wood aroma. Clear golden color with a large white head and a lot of carbonation. Sweet throughout fading in the finish. Banana flavor then bitterness in the end also. Dry palate.

Botella, thanks for sharing Pinball. Nice hazy deep golden orange colour, off-white head. Sweet, fruity, yeasty, brett, hoppy and spiced aroma. Good mouthfeel. Fruity, brett, yeasty, rubber, spiced flavour with a pleasant bitter-sweetness.

clear orange, small thick white head. aroma is brett, spices, rubber. flavor is quite dry and brett like, ends spicy and slighly fruity swetish. beneath the brett flavor hides a very nice balanced spicy belgian style beer.

Very fruity spicy aroma. Golden in color with a small off white head. Lively carbonated. Taste is complex, with a normal Belgium yeast flavor and lots of subtle hints of spices.

cloudy copper yellow with a small head. Aroma has some spice and brett with a little malt and sweetness. Flavor is really nice. Smooth and finishes dry.
