The aroma is dominated by very dry Brett accents. Surprisingly light-bodied with light malt and fruit notes and then again these extremely dry and lightly astringent Brett accents. No real bitterness as such. Quite interesting. 210908 yespr (12420), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 30, 2008 Updated: Oct 1, 2008Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Almost clear deep golden, small head. Interesting Orvalish aromna of yeast, orange and hay - Brett is evident. Medium sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. There are alomndy caramal and citric tartness as well as light piney bitterness. Very similar to Mikkeller IT’S ALIVE, but more citric. Really good, but for Orval class softer malt and even more depth must be added. fonefan (11888), VestJylland, Denmark
