Commercial Description:
For 14 wonderful years, we have been creating libations for ourselves in the hope that some others out there would share our eccentric palates and support us. Many thanks to all of you who do! Here is yet another quirky brew: a very dark and different, dry-hopped ale. Style? hard to say, you decide. Just expect massive molasses maltiness, limitless fruits on the nose and an imposing floral & zesty dry-hop finish. Peace to all and follow your dreams!

Bottled. A dark red beer with a thick brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of berries and spices. The flavor is sweet malt with primary notes of berries, but also a light touch of alcohol, leading to a dry bitter finish.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of boboski. Pours a beautiful, warm chestnut brown with a tint of red and a dense, beige head leaving some laces. The aroma is rich with sweetish, burned caramel. Quite a full body with about a ton of roasted malt and and again these accents of sweetish, burned caramel. Solid if not exactly overwhelming bitterness. 150807

Bottled at RBESG ’07. Clear dark brown. Cinnamon and grapefruit aroma. Sweet and solidly malty with full body. Salty and very hoppy. Intensely flavourful and with in your face bolf flavours that leaves no doubt it’s an American beer.
