Malty toffee sweetness, huge complex hop flavor and aroma balancing it out. Good carbonation, medium body/mouth feel, smooth finish with a a nice subtle alcohol presence. A solid and robust IPA, awesome example of the style. TeamTrappist (381), jericho, New York, USA

Nose was yeasty and hoppy, with a distinct grapefruit scent. Taste was fairly hoppy but had a hint of dishwater flavor to it. Some things were right with this beer, but not everything. It finished with a decently bitter flavor. AR (423), Georgia, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 10, 2008 Really good ipa. Only part that disappointed was the small aroma. Light floral hop nose. Golden, with a small head. Nicely balanced, the low alcohol is obvious. Floral hops, light bitter back end. thewolf (5722), Kolding, Denmark

Pours deep, hazy orange with a fine, creamy white head. Great duration. Aroma is hoppy, quite citric with notes of oranges and apples. A little bit of pine as well. Fine, creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is pleasantly smooth, powerfully hoppy, but not too dry. Some caramel in the background and a good bitter aftertaste. Nice IPA.
