Pours a ight amber with a creamy off-white head, little lacing. Grassy hops, reminiscent of SNPA. Mild grapefruit notes. Citric hoppy bitterness with a sweet body. Medium bodied. andyhite (290), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA Nov 6, 2007 12 oz bottle. hue is light for the style. there’s no copper tone here, just unpolished, dirty gold/straw-like color. avg head, nothing over-the-top or too notable. aromas are coated with hops, i’m guessing centennial, not potent enough to be warrior. aromas also of apricots, dry hops, baked orange peel, and airy peppers. the taste reveals that it’s nothing to brag about. i’m getting more of a dry apricot taste with a lot of toast. it’s just not picking up for me. it’s a very smooth taste, the hops aren’t too bitter, though the mild bitterness does linger on the palate for quite a while. it’s a little one-dimensional in my opinion.
