| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 24, 2007 Poured from a bottle. Poured a nice golden orange color with a thick white head that left some nice lacing. More pine than citrus in the aroma. Hops take hold of the flavor almost immediately and carry into a smooth, fruity finish with grassy undertones. Not too bitter, but a nice IPA that may win some BMC drinkers over. grant (792), Long Beach, CA/Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 23, 2007 A nice light orange with frothy head. Rich aroma with tangerine and roses, light crackermeal malt. Creamy body with plenty of fresh citrus, light pine and a drawn out, gradually creschendoing attractively bitter finish buried amidst rather low carbonation levels. A nice soft example of the style. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 23, 2007 It’s a decent IPA. Pours golden and clear with minimal head. The head was thin, white and frothy. Moderately bitter, but not a sweet beer. A good IPA for the uninitiated. portermax55 (118), Canterbury, Connecticut, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 22, 2007 12oz. bottle into pint glass. Pours a cloudy, pale gold color with a medium white head that laces nicely. Heavy aromas of grapefruit, lemon and hops. Flavor was of citrus fruit, hops with a nice, but not over-powering bitter finish. Mouthfeel was very smooth and soft, but had an awful lot of carbonation. Very hoppy, but not over the edge. Good stuff. T2Tool (352), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 19, 2007 A nice cooper pour from a bottle with a huge white head, although it was a stiff pour which may have contributed to that. A piney hops smell. The hops hit hard at the start. Bitter on the tongue with some citrus flavor coming through.
