Tastes of chewable vitamins, yogurt, tangy fruit. Mouthfeel is a bit thin and tingly. Finish is fruity and tarte. bb (2941), Martinez, California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 8, 2005 Bottle. Copper beer with an off-white head. Spicey, refreshing aroma with some candi sugar. Fruity, malty, yeasty flavor (summer fruits). Medium body, very drinkable - could use more complexity. SDalkoholic (1198), Chula Vista, California, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 5, 2005 Pours without head and sparkles a light copper in the gass. Aroma is malt and grain with yeast trying to breathe too. The flavor is limited and bland but does share room with average malt and hop character. Im glad i only picked up a single 12 oz of this beer because its not the type of beer i want another of. thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Nov 22, 2005 This bottled brew poured a medium sized head of fine to medium sized off-white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a transparent carbonated caramel brown colored body and a fair lacing. It had a hoppy caramel malt aroma. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and mildly bubbly in the finish. The flavor contained malt hop caramel notes. heavyvermin (3), Illinois, USA does not count | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 20, 2005 Not bad, it’s a straightforward belgian golden. Hmm, that’s what says on the label. People are too hard on this beer.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 17, 2005 12z bottle. Hazy, light ruby hue with a little orangish border. malted grains and bready yeast in the nose. Light oily hop aromas. Slight smoky, malt sweet in the mouth. Fruity and somewhat tart, but balanced with a sugary sweetness. Slight apple notes and a grapefruit bitterness. On the sweet side, caramel and spices are apparent. My second Avery of the night and still a little thin in the mouth. Pinnhead (93), New Jersey, USA
