Commercial Description:
We believe in Karma. We suspect most of you do, too. It truly is a global concept. Very simply put, "you get what you give." Inspired by this principle and the wonderful farmhouse and pale ales of Belgium, we've created Karma Ale, a decidedly fruity and estery ale, intricate in body and nose, all driven by a unique Belgian yeast strain. Remember, good things DO happen to good people. Here's to being good!

Bottle. Poured a clear medium amber with a nice 1" frothy off-white head. Some lacing on the glass as this went down. Very sweet aroma with light fruits and a definite Belgian yeast component. Flavor was a bit too sweet... with some weizen characteristics. Pears, bananas, and artificial sweetener provided much of the flavor. OK on the palate, but not as crisp and complex as I had hoped for. Somewhat cloying on the finish.

Poured a dark orange color with a thin head that receded to a slight ring with pretty decent lacing. Smell was of orange zest, spices, mild hops. Taste was orange, belgian yeast, spices and mild caramel malt flavor. An easy drinking Belgian style ale, though quite what I would expect from the style. The flavors and aroma were more subdued than I had anticipated. It was still a pretty decent beer though.

Pours a rich, deep copper tone and makes a thin bubbly white head. Smells bready, light flowery and earthy hops, fruity esters. Light bitterness, sweet chewy malt flavor, actually reminds me quite a bit of an american pale ale that I have had before. Medium on the palate and finishes slightly sticky, to compare this to other Belgian Pales, it falls quite short... it is not dry, crisp or peppery on the palate. This isn’t a bad beer, I just think it is categorized incorrectly by the brewer.

Bottled. Orange copperish colour, small beige bubbly head. Weak fruity aroma with hints of hops and caramel. Flavour is dry hoppy with hints of fruits and mild spices. Long dryish hoppy fruity aftertaste.

Hazy nut brown color, decent creamy "yellow" head. Malty, barley and weak hops in the nose. Medium-bodied, a bit sweet malty, pale ale-type even more than Belgium. A shade of sugar in the finish.

Amber colour. Nice head. Brief hop aroma. Brief apricot flavour with faint notes of raspberries. Somewhat soapy. Too thin.

Light amber body, thick, chunky beige head. Aroma is rich in maltiness almost with an English ESB character. Flavor is nice but on the light side. Decent hoppiness, but it’s very grassy with a bit of lemon sourness. Sorta bland.

Orangish, small white head, grass aroma, saison like flavors, with grass. Grass in the finish. Grass everywhere. Did i say this tastes like grass?
