Commercial Description:
A traditional black porter, with a surprise twist - it's dry-hopped!! We've expanded the porter category a bit, adding a delightful, dry hop aroma to blend with the sweet caramel and chocolate characteristics of a Robust Porter.

Black, with a thin brown head. coffee-ish aroma, maybe a touch of red wine, too. Thin bodied, in a good way. Coffee, woodsy flavor. I was surprised that I hadn’t had this one before, and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. Thanks to BVM113VR for the trade!

Nice dark in color with a nice brown head. Wow great nose, that of soft roasted grain and light hop. Taste is great! Very layered first you get a nice dark malt, followed with a slight caramel taste, and finally hops. Full bodied and one of the better porters i’ve ever had.

12 ounce bottle in pint glass. Dark brown black with lasting tan head and lace. Roasted chocolate coffee and cinnamon aroma. Very roasted chocolate covered raisin sweet fruitiness. Mild bitter fruity finish. Very drinkable, sessionable. Medium body and carbo. Nice mouthfeel. Not much going on but still nice because of the roastiness.

No head, dark brown, almost stoutish in color, some lacing. Aroma is a sour, nutty malt. Burnt nut is the dominant flavor, hoppy, but balanced by thickness of the malt. Carbonation is very flat. I was kind of excited about this one, and pretty disappointed.
