Commercial Description:
A traditional black porter, with a surprise twist - it's dry-hopped!! We've expanded the porter category a bit, adding a delightful, dry hop aroma to blend with the sweet caramel and chocolate characteristics of a Robust Porter.

Pours a dark brown, almost black, with small light tan head. Roasty chocolate, caramel, and hops in the aroma. Flavors of chocolate, fruit, roasted malt, and hops with a roasted after-taste. A fairly thin palate. Worth a try, but just an average porter.

12 oz bottle via Liquid Solutions. Pours a dark brown. Small head that dissipates quickly leaving no lace. Mild aroma of caramel and chocolate malts. Thin mouthfeel. Roasted chocolate and raisen flavors. Weak fizzy cola-like finish with some hops playing behind the burnt chocolate malt. Too much carbonation. Unspectacular and a bit bland....sort of like their Out of Bounds Stout.....

(Bottle at Norrebro Bryghus, Copenhagen) Pours dark red/brown with a small white head. Smells mild orange chocolate with roasted malt - toasted bread and some hops. Coffee and minerals. Licuorice and allmost acetone. Coffe and burned in flavour. Light chocolate notes. Afterbitterness with hints of dry cocoa and milk. Not on the sweeter side of the porter scale. Medium body.

Bottle. Dark brown beer with a light cocoa head. Roasty, chocolate, coffee aroma. Big roasty coffee flavor with a bit of hops. Medium bodied. Lingering roast and chocolate. Roastier than I expected.
