Pastor (509), Maine, USA Sep 7, 2007 Updated: Feb 1, 2008Bottle poured into a tulip produced a small head that turns to a nice lace on top of a hazy orange body
Wonderful aromas of sweet Belgian yeast, fruit and malts
Flavors of sweet citrus and spices (pepper)
Medium to light body
Drinkability: It’s not a bad American Belgian if you can find it at a reasonable price it’s worth the try and yes I’d drink it again
beerbuzzmontreal (2909), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Sep 6, 2007 Pours a cloudy golden color with a thin white head. Aroma of honey, yeast and alcohol. The flavor has alcohol with honey and yeast. The body is light with a creamy texture and soft carbonation. LeviathanIPA (30), chula vista, California, USA Sep 4, 2007 this beer was good, had it on tap, had a fizzy white head that dissipated very fast, golden amber body, malty spicy aroma, taste had a hint of spice, peach, and citrus, smooth watery texture

Ramenen (453), San Salvador, El Salvador Aug 26, 2007 A beautiful looking beer. Deep golden color with a nice creamy head. Sweet and fruity of peaches. Kiwano (9), USA does not count Aug 24, 2007 From tap served in a heavy glass goblet
Light orange with a nice light foamy head on top which lasted the entire glass coating the sides as it went down.
Smelled of fruits and alcohol with a sweetness. When it firsts hits your tongue it has a sweetness but a wholesome kind of sweetness not sugary. Then you get fruit flavors with a little bit of alcohol and a very slight bitterness - a very nice balance
Has a very nice carbonation throughout that lasted the entire time. It is crisp and creamy at the same time and goes down very smoothly. The flavors stay in your mouth for a while and you can feel the warmth spreading around throughout your mouth and down your throat.
I really enjoyed this beer. It went down smoothly and the taste was consistent even getting richer as it warmed and opened up. You can definitely feel the high alcohol content so I savored the beer for a while. blklab2007 (932), Connecticut, USA Aug 17, 2007 bottle poured a cloudy amber in color with a big head that almost continued to grow from the carbination. smells of fruits, yeasts, spice, and some hops. taste is as the smell would let you think, good body with a full and somewhat creamy texture, good hops for the beer, spices, and some good fruits. good beer and masks the 9% rather well.
