MrBendo (1039), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA Apr 24, 2007 Pours yellow/amber with a large, almost cascading head. Fair lacing. Yeasty aroma (bananas) and sweet malts dominate. Taste was bananas, cloves, pears, apricots and a little spice. Alcohol was well covered. Medium to heavy body. Well done overall. jarspag (593), Los Angeles, California, USA Apr 16, 2007 Didn’t dig this one all that much - tend to enjoy the darker belgian style brews more than the light. Taste of peach, spice, banana, and mild hop. Carl99Fan (186), Suwanee, Georgia, USA Apr 16, 2007 Poured cold into a chalice glass from a 650ml bottle. Orange hue, fruity aroma. Very surprised how great this tasted. Hoppy, sweet peachy taste...goes down smoothly. Couldn’t tell the ABV was 9%. Darkover (1308), Columbus, Ohio, USA Apr 13, 2007 Hazy golden/orange color with a white head. Aroma of citrus and spices. Flavor of citrus, spices, banana and hops. demitriustown (689), Shelby Township, Michigan, USA Apr 12, 2007 Bottle: Aroma is A wonderful floral, citrus, light spice of coriander, and lemon, orange, and nutmeg. Appearance is a clear orange/amber color with a large fluffy white head. Taste is pretty good, with a certain graininess to the brew, citrus is quite prevalent, I like it. Worth a decent rating. Dsnutz (71), dallas, Texas, USA Apr 8, 2007 650ml bottle pours a slightly hazy orangish-gold color with a decent head. fruity with a 9% dry alcohol taste. Another fine Avery brew, but I think I like the collaboration a little better. josuemucho (86), Orlando, Florida, USA Apr 3, 2007 Color is a golden orange. Aroma is fruity. Peach is noticeable. Taste is hops with a sweet Belgian candy sugar blend. hapjydeuce (763), Del Mar, California, USA Apr 2, 2007 Updated: Nov 20, 2008Pretty standard golden Belgian. Nice head that lasts a while; aroma is mostly of hops and lighter fruits like banana and peach just as the label suggests. Appearance is translucent, cloudy in the middle and thinner on the edges. Malty, somewhat earthy flavor with candy sugar, finishing in dry alcohol and hops. Not bad, but I liked it better in the Collaboration mix.
