Mar 30, 2009 (bottle) A cloudy orange beer with a small lacy head. A musty yeast aroma bright with sweet fruit (peach) and spice (nutmeg). Strong, multi-faceted flavor is very sweet with fruit upfront but it dries out with hops and alcohol on the way back; yeast and spice (pepper, coriander) are strong throughout. Full bodied and carbonation gives a soft mouthfeel. It’s definitely"big", but I like it.

Mar 27, 2009 A very, very, very faint belgian wheat nose. Very very. A great golden color with a delicate white head.
Ahhhhh... but the taste is worth it! Belgian candy sugar with a light malt. I get what they’re going for here, and I like it.
Smooth, not too syrupy for such a candy-style beverage.

Mar 26, 2009 Bottle, 22oz. A hazy, orange beer with some microfloaties and a small, off-white head. Sweet, syrupy nose, a bit herbal, with peaches in the background. Sugary sweet flavor with a good dash of fruits, some herbal notes and an evident but pleasant alcohol warmth. Full-bodied, sweetish mouthfeel. Lasting finish with sweetness, fruits, some herbs and alcohol. A quite pleasant beer, not impressing, easy drinkable but maybe a bit on the sweet side. (090213)

Mar 18, 2009 Pours a nice amber color with a one finger, decently lasting white head. Smells of flowers, clove and spice. Strong alcohol taste up front, but finished with a nice floral hop profile and some bread notes. Nice mouthfeel.

Mar 14, 2009 Local bottle. Clear golden amber colour with a small white head and some light lacing. Sweet aroma with a hint of Belgian yeast. Flavour starts out rather sweet then hits a spicey note before landing on a finish that has an odd hoppy and alcohol note. Good but a strange finish.
