Pours an off-white lacing head with a golden body that has a hint of amber to it. Smells of yeast and sweet fruit. Flavor is yeast, bread, and apricot. Finish is sweet and somewhat long. Aroma really does have the fruity apricot notes as described, some yeast. Syrupy fruity and floral hops with a pine twist and noticable abv as it warms. Thought I was drinking an Imperial IPA for a second! Medium thick body with medium carbonation. Brass colored pour with a fluffy white head and ample carbonation. Flavor exhibits orange peel, white pepper, and honey. The alcohol is present but not distracting. Pours clear golden, with a thick, puffy, white head, good lacing. Smells of apple, fig, and hay. Medium-thick body. Lots of sweet malt, mild fruitiness, caramel flavors, and a slightly mineral edge. Slight bitter taste of hay and citrus at the end balances out the sweetness.
