Commercial Description:
The success of HOG HEAVEN and THE REVEREND clearly demonstrates that beer drinkers are willing to embrace "BIGGER" beers. In the fall of 2001, we decided that a lighter BIG BEER would complement its darker colored predecessors. Salvation has luscious apricot and peach aromas delicately interwoven with spicy suggestions of nutmeg and cinnamon. This heavenly soft, champagne-like elixir is cellarable for 3 years.

Local bottle. Clear golden amber colour with a small white head and some light lacing. Sweet aroma with a hint of Belgian yeast. Flavour starts out rather sweet then hits a spicey note before landing on a finish that has an odd hoppy and alcohol note. Good but a strange finish.

Gold/amber color. Floral aroma, with hops and some fruit. Flavor is hoppy, but not as much as the aroma would lead you to believe. There’s a fruity flavor as well. Body is just right.

Nice domestic belgian style. Has a nice yeast flavor. Pours golden with some a medium head which totally dissipates. Fairly heavy lacing. Flavor and palate are strong points. Good, but not quite in the same category as New Belgium.

Copper color with a small head that left good lacing on the glass. Sweet, fruity nose dominated by honey and peaches. Spices and fruits in the taste with a sweet malt finish. Nice carbonation produces a smooth and lively sampling. (beautiful label, too)

Poured a thick yellow color. Yeast and citrus in the aroma. Full bodied sweetness for the taste with a little bit of fruit, orange, lemon, but the finish was a little disappointing and alcoholic.

Light blondish ale. Tiny bit of malt. Hey. It’s good to see them finally enter our market. Salvation is the nice Belgian style that overshadows a good chunk of the market.

Bananas and pears go well with the soft candy sugar and honeydew inspired malt. Bready and soft mouthfeel with a definite alcohol forward character. finishes a little to sweet but not cloying.
