The color resembles pumpkin cream and the head is nice sized. The entire mouth is seized by the bitter tangy wheat and grapefruit mixture as it flows over the tongue. The palate is reminded of the taste it just had for good portion of time. brigg (216), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA

A musty yeast aroma bright with sweet fruit (peach) and spice (nutmeg). Strong, multi-faceted flavor is very sweet with fruit upfront but it dries out with hops and alcohol on the way back; yeast and spice (pepper, coriander) are strong throughout. Full bodied and carbonation gives a soft mouthfeel. It’s definitely"big", but I like it. bindpmc (88), San Diego, California, USA

Peaches and citrus, spices that are just outside your reach to name them: it’s as if each sip has its own characteristic that is yours to enjoy for just that moment, and then it is gone. Such pleasures might be fleeting, but they are truly enjoyable if you can get past the minor alcoholy finish. Put your preconceived notions aside when drinking this unclassifiable beer, and simply enjoy. slang (409), Columbia, South Carolina, USA

I seriously get a vinager(ish) scent to it, like that in BBQ! But there is also light nuts and honey, maybe apricot too.
And that was just the aroma! The taste sorta put me off at first. Luckly, the beer was recused by its palate. Hoppy with a decent amount of malt balance in the linger. The alcohol is very prominate. maniac (2770), Richmond, Virginia, USA

The flavour is sweet and with a nice and complex estery profile. Loads of apples, apricot, hops alcohol and a nice bitter end.
It’s a nice and complex beer. A little drier and I would go nuts! Tonsk45 (17), El Cajon, California, USA
