May 21, 2007 Big bottle. Hazy light amberish colour. Sweet aroma of fruits, toasted malt and spices. The flavour is sweet with good toasty caramel and maltiness, fruity and spiced, alcoholic and hoppy. Bitter-sweet finish.

Apr 7, 2009 Bottle. Golden- orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, alcohol, hop. Flavour is sweet, fruit, hop, berries, alcohol, sugar, spices . Nice beer.

Apr 11, 2008 22. Pours a brilliant crystal clear medium amber with a few columns of rising carb and a solid, sudsy white head. Big peppery, earthy hop nose, with some light apricot in there. Mildly carbed body, medium and dry. Apricots and very mild tobacco notes show up on the mid-palate, along with some biscuit and dark peppery/spicy notes. This is probably good enough to finish.

Feb 18, 2009 The smell is oranges, sweet, spices, little alcohol, fruits, and yeast. The look is cloudy, bright orange in color with an ok white head. The taste is yeast, fruits, alcohol, spices, and stone fruits.

May 2, 2007 Big Beer flavor of fruits and a tinge of alchohol stayed on the palate. Light pour and it had a good lacing, very good looking beer IMO. Not extremely thrilled overall, but a good beer nonetheless.

Dec 31, 2007 Sampled from 22-oz bomber at Cellar’s Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a semi-clear orange amber brew with an average off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind a spotty lacing and thin white ring. Aroma of light multi-grain malt, Belgian yeast, a touch of honey and some trace of apricots. Taste is medium bodied, well-carbonated with flavors of multi-grain malt, cotton candy, yeast and a touch of vanilla. Finish is spritzy with a touch of yeast and malt with a decent alcohol warmth after the finish.
