Faint peach note and a light flowery quality--very feminine, like I’m whiffing a "made for a women" deodorant stick, but it is a bit thin. Moderate palate, not overwhelming in any respect. Drinkable but disappointing.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 21, 2009 Pours from bomber a hazy, golden-amber, with a white one-finger head, good lacing. Earthy hay aroma, with caramel, banana, and peppercorn. Medium light body, sharp and tart. Citrus, spice, grass, and banana flavors with some floral notes and some light farmyard notes. A gentle bitter, mostly citrus finish, with a little metallic edge. Balanced and drinkable. Thanks Ed!! doboy (200), Morehead City, North Carolina, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 21, 2009 I pulled this one out at the request of Celticbrew! Had a clean crisp aroma. Poured with a lacy white head that retained very well. Very light yellow color and somewhat hazy. A very clean taste. great after taste. AndyReynolds (288), Wilder, Kentucky, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 16, 2009 In short: A different fruity, sweet, floral/perfumy with a little funky side. The beer is a bit “off” but I liked it.
How: Bottle 22oz. Consumed about 6 months after the beer release.
The look: Partly cloudy blonde body topped by a medium white head
In long: Highly aromatic nose with a lot of flowers, lots of peaches, perfume. Basically this beer smells like some kind of girly peach scented soap. Taste is thankfully a little less perfume/soap than the nose. Quite fruity with bananas, peaches and pineapples. Lots of juicy flower petals. Some white pepper. Fluffy yeasty mouthfeel. A tiny bit funky which I thought was the beer best feature. Finish has a very mild bitterness and almost no dryness leaving a sweet fruits and flower petals after taste. Medium tartness. Body is light but feels very lively. Not a great beer by any means but I’d have no problem drinking another bottle mainly because it has its own personality and I can’t really name a beer that tastes similar to this one. A little dryer and this could have been a very interesting beer, instead in a typical American way, this is a Sweet Sixteen. jeff789 (411), Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 11, 2009 pours a hazy effervescent golden with a small white head that leaves some nice lacing... aroma of peaches, honey, very floral with some belgian yeasty notes... very lively almost champagney in body, with flavors of honey and peach and flowers overpowering any subtleties found beneath.. a touch tart, and a touch dry... fidelis83 (729), Clinton, Iowa, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 9, 2009 Pours a hazy pale gold with a 1 finger head that is rather chunky at first, then fades a bit and becomes very creamy and is somewhat sustained by high effervescence, but does fade after a few minutes. Aroma is wheat, lots of floral notes, light wet limestone, earthy leaves (like last year’s leaves during a dry spring day), light ceral grain, straw, dusty grass and a hint of lightly acidic fruit. Some ethanol and dried grass comes out as it warms. Flavor is wheat, light earthiness, some spice, yeasty white bread, floral hops, some citrus, banana, clove, ethanol, I noticed some peach as well, but if I didn’t read the description I may have just noted it as a slightly tart fruity character. Palate is medium bodied with a strong, but soft carbonation, slick entry, pretty dry finish and a bit of alcohol burn. More earth and funk, less alcohol please. jrob21 (1275), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 30, 2009 Had to go out of state this time in order to keep up with this anniversary series. Brought this back from North Carolina. Very reminiscient of a young champagne. Very dry mouthfeel with a distinct hop bitterness on the finish. Well carbonated. Grassy, citrusy aroma with a bit of lemon and a little funk. Pretty unique but all in all just an ok beer. Pour is very light and clear yellow with a bubbly white head. jerc (3950), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 29, 2009 2009-11-27. Hazy pale yellow with a small white head. 3+ Modestly alcoholic aroma, peppery spice over muted pale malt, light yeast, very light funky floral undertones. 7+ Flavour is similar, with pepper and alcohol that are just a touch sharp at first but mellow pleasantly. Peppery spice dominates over a mild pale malt base, light saisony funk. 7+ Average plus palate. Enjoyable. Bottle shared by Blankboy.
