Dec 29, 2009 Citrus and yeast sulfer in the nose, with some corriander. Taste is very light and refreshing, a tad sweet with a slight bitter sour finish. Don’t like the sourness for the finish. Hard to put my finger on it, but there’s something lacking here.

Dec 22, 2009 Hazy yellow color with a wispy white head. Aroma is sweet and wheaty with some spice and banana. Flavor is sweet, more spice, orange peal, mild bitterness and wheat. Nice body and fairly drinkable. Some nice mild citrus too.

Nov 29, 2009 A pretty straight-forward, by the numbers witbier, but very tasty. The body of the beer is a cloudy golden-yellow with a brilliant white foamy head. Light coriander and sweet oranges in the aroma. Flavor has some nice citrus/orange notes going, light wheat with a slightly spicy finish. Nice and refreshing.
