Nov 18, 2009 Pours a strawlike yellow into the glass with a white head. Aroma is malted wheat with only a HINT of corriander or orange. This drinks more like a German hefe than a Belgian Wit. I perceive very little spice. However, I love it and it tastes GREAT after a run!

Fruity and slightly spicy aroma. Light golden coloured hazy in appearance and hoppy with a little dryness and bitterness in a crisp and creamy finish.

Nov 16, 2009 Appearance: Pours a very light yellow with just a touch of haze. Bubbly, pure white head that dissipates quickly.
Aroma: Strong and wheaty with some citrus and spice notes.
Flavor: At once tart and sweet, with hints of lemon, pepper and clove.
Mouthfeel: The beer is highly carbonated, creating a very crisp and refreshing mouthfeel. A somewhat earthy aftertaste.
Overall Impression: Overall, this is a solid example of the witbier style. A potent, lovely aroma gets the experience off to a good start, the nicely balanced flavors complement the aroma, and the energetic mouthfeel helps prolong the goodness.
Comments: I picked up this bottle at the Whole Foods in Tribeca.

Nov 12, 2009 Cloudy pale yellow body with a bright white head. Typical coriander nose with some nice lemon citrus character. There is also some nice sweetness like lemon pudding. The taste had some bitter lemons and a little bit of orange peel. There is a little bit of coriander spice and a doughy soapy finish. Decent for the style with a thick body and high carbonation.

[ Trade by VikingHammer ]. light unclear light yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, light to moderate hoppy, spicy, coriander, lemon notes. Flavor is moderate to light light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090712]

Oct 26, 2009 Light golden color. Aroma is of yeast, coriander, and a little citrus. Taste is more or less citrus, yeast, wheat, and full of malts. Aftertaste is more of wheat than anything else. Not my style of beer.
