fluffy (229), Florida, USA Apr 5, 2008 bottle into glass. aroma was of citrus and a little spice. not much head when poured, not a cloudy as most wheat ales. taste is definitely citrus and a bit of floral honey. taste quickly dissipates, leaving no aftertaste to speak of. refreshing, not heavy at all, but the flavor is gone so fast it doesnt really warrant repeat purchase. id go with a strong hefe instead. DKTN (110), Mc Donald, Tennessee, USA Apr 4, 2008 Bottle, 12 oz. Nice cloudy and hazy straw yellow. Citrus aroma. Notes of citrus, coriander, and banana. A refeshing beer for those warm spring days. BeerGestapo (725), Windsor, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 3, 2008 (USA) Hazy yellow color with a sm-white head. there is a strong orangepeel / Spice aroma here, kinda stinks..... The taste has a clove / citrus feel. there is a light carbonation to this Belgian style. check out the Yeast on the bottom of the bottle......... very Interesting. ilovedarkbeer (1326), Dallas, Texas, USA Mar 30, 2008 Pours a cloudy yellow white color with a small soapy head. Nose is orangepeel, clove, wheat, and yeast. Taste is watery and consists of spice and smooth wheat. Not bad but very average on every level. BMan1113VR (2755), Los Angeles (and Dallas), Texas, USA Mar 30, 2008 Fizzy, white head with good lacing. Very murky whitish-yellow body. Aroma is coriander, clove, flowers, some spiceiness, and orangepeel. Taste is spicey and watery with a dry, fizzy mouthfeel. agillespie81 (190), Denver, Colorado, USA Mar 28, 2008 Light golden color......hazy. White, pillowy head. A hint of spice in the very mild aroma. Rush of many spiced flavors in the front. Mouthfeel is a bit crisp, yet not overwhelming. The citrus and fruit flavors hit in the back, with a somewhat dry finish. UnholyBrewing (448), Melbourne(Mulgrave), Australia Mar 26, 2008 ...one of the best Wit beers ever from a US brewery. Nice orange and spicey clove notes, and well rounded wheaty malt flavor. Pale color, with haze and good sediment. Roll the bottle to maximize the experience. You should try this. bsierra (213), Vista, California, USA Mar 25, 2008 On draft at Ham’s. Looks very hazy and straw color in the glass. Nice spicy nose with bursts of citrus and clove.
