Commercial Description:
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

Pours a cloudy yellow white color with a small soapy head. Nose is orangepeel, clove, wheat, and yeast. Taste is watery and consists of spice and smooth wheat. Not bad but very average on every level.

Fizzy, white head with good lacing. Very murky whitish-yellow body. Aroma is coriander, clove, flowers, some spiceiness, and orangepeel. Taste is spicey and watery with a dry, fizzy mouthfeel.

Light golden color......hazy. White, pillowy head. A hint of spice in the very mild aroma. Rush of many spiced flavors in the front. Mouthfeel is a bit crisp, yet not overwhelming. The citrus and fruit flavors hit in the back, with a somewhat dry finish.

...one of the best Wit beers ever from a US brewery. Nice orange and spicey clove notes, and well rounded wheaty malt flavor. Pale color, with haze and good sediment. Roll the bottle to maximize the experience. You should try this.

On draft at Ham’s. Looks very hazy and straw color in the glass. Nice spicy nose with bursts of citrus and clove. Flavor is light with yeasty notes alongside mello grain and spices. This was a very crisp and refreshing beer, I enjoyed this one

12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. The aroma is mild spices, light orange citrus, a hint of hops and grass. The flavor is more grass, citrus, with some spice and herbs. Light bodied, not bad but not special.

Pours a very light yellow and hazy with a mostly receding white head. A hazy pour. The color of lemonade, very light, perhaps tan. Aroma of orange peel and coriander. Taste is spicy with a mix of orange, pepper, and wheat. Body is highly carbonated. Interesting...

Half pint draught. Wonderful white yellowish cloudy colour. Medium-sized white creamy head. Served with a lemon wedge. Refreshing light citrus aroma. Crisp fruity flavours. Very drinkable. Easily the best witbier I’ve had. Smooth yeasty texture. Light drying hop bitterness. A bit strong perhaps as it is quite round and the alcohol is noticeable.
