Nice orange and spicey clove notes, and well rounded wheaty malt flavor. Pale color, with haze and good sediment. Roll the bottle to maximize the experience. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 15, 2008 Half pint draught. Wonderful white yellowish cloudy colour. Medium-sized white creamy head. Served with a lemon wedge. Refreshing light citrus aroma. Crisp fruity flavours. Very drinkable. Easily the best witbier I’ve had. Smooth yeasty texture. Light drying hop bitterness. A bit strong perhaps as it is quite round and the alcohol is noticeable.
