Noticeable aromas of yeast and citrus. Palate could be smoother, as White Rascal seems to be more carbonated and thinner than most witbiers. More citrus flavors than a traditional beer of this style, but certainly not overpowering. Slightly sour aftertaste. A good effort with room for improvement. markwise (1175), 15 Minutes from Kuhnhenn in, Florida, USA

It has a good deal of orange peel and coriander in the aroma. Wheat flavor is balanced by citrus flavor. Good drinking beer. fakepurseninja (777), Washington, USA

Smooth wheat malt base that perfectly complimented with the orange peel and corriander. Very nice drink.. doubleo (1104), San Diego, California, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 24, 2007 12oz. bottle . Pours a pale yellow with a very thin white head of moderately sized bubbles. Smells like a Belgian. Yeasty with lots of malt with a slight hint of citrus. Tastes like a belgian but more crisp. Bitter up front with lots of malt and smooth and sweet on the finish. Palate is fizzy. Almost makes the mouth pucker at first and very smooth down the gullet. Very drinkable brew and catchy because its a white belgian. grant (792), Long Beach, CA/Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 3, 2007 Light, hazy lemony yellow with mild head formation. Light moldering vegetation yeastiness, suggestion of citrus and honey in aroma. Flavor is much more orangey, very smooth and polished. Striated wheaty backbone. Assertive carbonation, moderately dry, quickly clearing finish. The yeast doesn’t work quite right, but this is pretty good nonetheless. jb (1034), Rochester, New York, USA

Slightly hazy, very pale, thick white head. Sour and bananas in the nose, similar palate but a little grainy. More like a hefe than a wit to me as I didn’t detect the oranges and coriander. They are subtle if they are there. RSRIZZO (1362), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA

Aroma is soo faint its almost not there. Color is near white with a nice thick tight head. Taste is a bit weak but does have some White characteristics. In the end its just a weak White.
