Oct 26, 2007 Updated: Nov 6, 200712 oz bottle. Drank straight from the bottle... so I am unable to comment on the body of this beer. The aroma is some spice and yeast. Great taste, after awhile i could taste some more citrus in the finish. good solid wit.

Oct 24, 2007 Six-pack from Wild Oats. Pours a cloudy yellow with a half-inch head that dissipates quickly. Clumpy lace. Heavy coriander and a hint of citrus on the nose. Same flavors with more creamy wheat. Medium/heavy carbonation and thin/medium body. Very drinkable. Not bad, but definitely overpriced at $10.49 a six-er.

Oct 23, 2007 Bottle. Murkiish pale yellow with a white head. Nice corinader and yeast aromas. Corinader and orange flavors with a good malt sweetness. There’s a strange mustiness mid-palate but it’s bright going in and it finishes clean.

Oct 19, 2007 On tap at City Beer Store. Looks like lemonade without pulp, very pale hazy yellow. Pretty dull aroma of wheat, banana, spices, taste is sweet up front with a bitter finish, thickish mouthfeel, some herbs.

Oct 10, 2007 12oz bottle. Lemonade’ishly hazy pour with minimal head, sour tangy aroma (floral & coriander), watery palate with soft but refreshing finish. Excellent beer absolutely delicious. A very pleasant witbier, a bit different from the rest, that i will buy again.

Oct 8, 2007 A 12 oz bottle with no freshness or made on date. The beer poured a milky yellow with a med white head. The smell is floral and spices. The taste is a little bitter with the herbs shining through. Good lacing with weak carbonation.

Oct 6, 2007 Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from Cellar’s Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a clear light blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a fine film. Aroma of Belgian yeast funk, some light multi-grian malt and a touch of flowery hops. Taste is light bodied, well carbonated with a spicey wheat and yeasty beverage flavor. Finish is slightly spicey with a grassy/wheat aftertaste.

Oct 5, 2007 A fine interpretation of a Belgium white.
The coriander and spices are all in tact and the nose is aromatic. Great head retention. Personally, I think a Belgium white should have a thick mouthfeel/body,and this beer does the trick. Good summer brew for hot Houston summers. Well done thirst quencher.
