robertjm (399), El Cerrito, California, USA Sep 27, 2007 Pours a lemonade colored brew. Also zilch head. (Hope this isn’t a bad bottle!, I’ve had others with plenty of head before). Yeasty flavor to the beer. Cloudy as all get go. Nice whitbeer, but honestly tastes a bit on the watery side. Will rerate later on, but for now this one will stand. JAF737300 (791), Tampa, Florida, USA Sep 23, 2007 Pours hazy gold with a decent sized head. Notes of bread and light wheat with some light fruit. The palate has nice hints f spice and fruit as well as some light hops flavor on the finish. troyc (1173), Lubbock, Texas, USA Sep 22, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a golden color with some haze and a pillowy white head. Aroma of yeast and bread. Taste is based heavily on wheat, and not so much on spice. Moderate carbonation, with a body on the thin side. A mediocre witbier. BeerloverEJ21 (131), Georgia, USA Sep 21, 2007 #100 I was impressed with white rascal on this beer. Ive never even heard of this beer, so I thought I’d give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised. Pours a very pale orange color with a small head. Fruity, sweet aroma, very delitcate. Tastes like a typical belgian white, hints of citrus, mild bitterness. Had hints of peach in there that I found very intriguing, and rather enjoyed. Overall, a very good beer that i will likely drink again. aubreya (676), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA Sep 15, 2007 Pour: hazy cloudy pale yellow. Aroma: wheat, yeast, some grass. Flavor: wheat. Palate: some carbonation, thin bodied. Finish: clean. malrubius (969), Valley Stream, New York, USA Sep 15, 2007 12 ounce bottle in pint glass. Very pale cloudy yellow with nice white head. Mild aroma of orange and spice, coriander. Honey orange sweetness with very spicy finish and lingering, cloying spicy throat. Medium-light body and medium carbonation. Pretty good, but not a fave. bb (2905), Martinez, California, USA Sep 12, 2007 Bottle. Yellow=white beer with a white head. Corriander, yeast, orange aroma. Wheaty, spicy, light citrus flavor. Medium-light body. Lingering wheat and spice. Kristatos (6), USA does not count Sep 9, 2007 This summer’s White Rascal is a little soapy, but still very drinkable. It seems an average witbier, the level of spices seems appropriate but it doesn’t compare to Hoegaarden or Celis in my book
