| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 9, 2007 Poured a cloudy golden color with a thin white head with barely any lacing. The aroma was of wheat, citrus fruit, and some spice. The flavor was pretty similar, but the aftertaste was kind of blah. There just wasn’t much to it. It was light bodied and a little sweet on the finish. It wasn’t bad, but I would go to a different witbier instead fo this. awwshiz (76), USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 7, 2007 Cloudy light gold color, active bubbles and a big white head make a good first impression. Orange aroma mixed with honey and a bannana wheat. Light palate that’s surprisingly sedate compared to the carbonation I saw on the pour. Definite honey flavor and highly bready taste. If there is hops mixed in, it is completely unnoticed, leading to a sweet finish. Not as spicy or complex as the true Belgium imports it aspires to emulate. For the price though, its not a bad choice. blklab2007 (955), Connecticut, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 25, 2007 bottle pours a light wheat color with not too much going for looks until you swirl the last of the yeast and dump it on. there we go a nice hazy color with a good looking layer of foam on the glass. the yeast really clouds it out and changes the smell as well. smell is wheat and spices, you can smell alcohol as well, some funky stringy looking floaters like fruit pulps in there too. taste is weak on the wheat, not too much spice and the alcohol is there in the taste as well which is odd for a 5.5% white. the carbination is what saves this and my interest, gives a nice mouth feel, and finishes pleasant and refreshing. somewhat dry but also refreshing, for a summer beer it is not too bad. that stringy floating stuff keeps my appearance rating low. charcot25 (181), Cordova, Tennessee, USA
