Jun 15, 2007 Aroma is yeasty and sweet, with hints of banana. Pours very pale but cloudy, small white head. Flavor is a little sweet, and tart, with a dry finish. Light body. Good if it’s hot out.

Jun 13, 2007 Cloudy, pale yellow with a white head. Smells fruity, with a little spice and the expected Belgian whit yeast character. Unfortunately the taste seems a little bland, not as appealing as the aroma. Also, it lacks the tartness that I’ve enjoyed in other whitbiers. Not a bad beer, just not the best I’ve had in this style. It is a pretty good value, I would reccomend it if you like this style and have a tight budget.

Jun 11, 2007 12 oz bottle. Pours bright golden cloudy with a firm white head and lacing. Nice aroma as expected for a Belgian Wit, with coriander, citrus, and yeast. Flavor is excellent. Spicy, citrus, and wheat notes are well balanced in a light, refreshing brew. Tiniest bit of soapy character, as expected in the style. Starts out vaguely sweet from the malt and dries out on the finish. Good medium body for a wit. I like it. Not as good as Hoegaarden, but excellent.

Jun 10, 2007 Updated: Jul 7, 2007Unfiltered and cloudy but no settlement in my bottle. This Belgian style wheat or "white" ale claims to be cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel and I must agree. All Avery brew seem marveolously balanced.

Jun 9, 2007 Updated: Jul 12, 2007Bottle. Classic cloudy, pale piss color. Small, lasting head with a little lace. Clean coriander-citrus, yeast, and bubblegum aroma. Flavor is similar, but with more peppery hops and bitter orange peel than expected. As a result, this one seems less sweet than I normally prefer in a wit, but it seems to work well in this beer. Palate is dry and smooth, with good hop and carbonation-tingle, refreshing and light-bodied.
